711.05 REVOCATION OF LICENSE.
   Licenses issued herein may be revoked for any of the following causes:
   (a)    Fraud, misrepresentation or false statements contained in the application or made in the course of carrying on the business of soliciting;
   (b)    Any violation of this chapter;
   (c)    Conviction of any crime or misdemeanor involving moral turpitude;
   (d)    Conducting the business of soliciting in an unlawful manner or in such a manner as to constitute a breach of the peace or a menace or nuisance to the health, safety or general welfare of the public.
   (e)    In those instances in which an organization seeks or receives licenses for more than one solicitor, all such licenses may be refused or revoked if one solicitor violates Sections 711.02 or 711.05.
