1135.09 ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN GUIDELINES.

The architectural design guidelines set forth in Section 1137.10 of this Zoning Code shall apply to all applicable new building and expansion projects in this Public - Institutional zoning district. The review of these architectural design standards shall take place in conjunction with the Development Plan review procedure.
