(a) Accessory uses, buildings or other structures customarily incidental to any permitted or conditionally permitted use in the P-I zoning district may be established, erected or constructed; provided, that such accessory use shall not involve the conduct of any business, trade or industry, or any private activity that is otherwise not permitted within this zoning district.
(b) Accessory uses shall comply with the applicable procedure and standards as set forth in the Accessory Use Chapter 1141.
(c) Accessory use structure placement and setbacks shall also comply with the bufferyard requirements set forth in Section 1151.04.
