632.10 EXEMPTION OF EMERGENCY AND PUBLIC SAFETY VEHICLES.

The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to any emergency or public safety vehicle, as those terms are defined in Chapter 402 of the Traffic Code, while being operated or otherwise used in an emergency.
