The Chief of Police or his or her designee, in cooperation with the Fire Chief or his or her designee, may, upon application of officials of Midpark High School, grant approval for the parking of vehicles on City streets in no-parking zones for persons attending a special charitable event at Midpark High School, provided there is no threat to public safety. Such application must specifically identify the time(s) and location(s) for which the application is made.
