ZONING CODE OF THE CITY OF MIDDLEBURG HEIGHTS OHIO
451.11 PARKING FOR CERTAIN PURPOSES PROHIBITED.
   No person shall stand or park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:
   (a)   Displaying it or any article for sale; or
   (b)   Washing, greasing or repairing such vehicle except when repairs necessitated by an emergency.
