404.08 APPLICATION TO DRIVERS OF GOVERNMENT VEHICLES.

The provisions of this Traffic Code shall apply to the driver of any vehicle owned by or used in the service of the United States Government or any state or political subdivision thereof, except as otherwise provided in this Traffic Code or by the laws of the State of Ohio.
