181.05 BAILIFF.

There is hereby established the position of Mayor’s Court Bailiff. Such employee shall be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at the Mayor’s pleasure. The Mayor’s Court Bailiff shall carry out such duties as prescribed by the Mayor and shall be compensated at pay grade 21. (Ord. 2014-12. Passed 2-25-14.)
