181.04 MAYOR'S COURT MAGISTRATES.

(a) There is hereby established the part-time position of Magistrates of the Mayor's Court. The Magistrates shall perform the duties of a Mayor's Court Magistrate, as defined by the Ohio Revised Code, and shall be qualified as required by State law.

(b) The Magistrates shall receive a reasonable rate of compensation.
