181.03 PROSECUTOR.

There is hereby established the position of Mayor's Court Prosecutor. Such employee shall be appointed by the Law Director and shall serve at the Law Director's pleasure. He or she shall be an attorney admitted to practice before the courts of Ohio. He or she shall represent the City in all cases in the Mayor's Court.
