All elected or appointed officials of the City shall, within ten days after the effective date of this section (Ordinance 1973-126, passed September 11, 1973) or within 30 days after their election or appointment, file a written disclosure with the Clerk of Council which shall be available for inspection by the public, stating their employment, which statement shall include the name and address of all employers, both full and part-time, the nature of the position or positions held and, if self-employed, the nature of the work performed.
