139.20 FUNERAL LEAVE.
   An employee shall be granted time off with pay for the purpose of attending a funeral upon the death of a member of the employee’s immediate family. The employee shall be entitled to a maximum of three working days for each death in his or her immediate family, five working days for the death of a spouse or child. For the purpose of this section, “immediate family” shall be defined as to include only the employee’s spouse, children, step- children residing with the employee, parents, brother, sister, parents-in-law, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, grandparents and grandchildren.
