632.03 NOISE FROM PERSONS OR STATIONARY NOISE SOURCES IN RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS AND NOISE AFFECTING RESIDENTIAL OR PUBLIC-INSTITUTIONAL PROPERTY.
   (a)   Noise Source Emitted from a Residential Zoning District. No person or entity located in any Residential Zoning District shall create or cause to be emitted from their person or from any stationary noise source any noise that causes or results in a noise level equal to or exceeding 55 dBA measured at any lot line.
   (b)   Noise Source Emitted from Anv Zoning District When Located Adjacent to a Residential or Public-Institutional Zoning District. No person or entity located in any zoning district shall create or cause to be emitted from their person or from any stationary noise source any noise that causes or results in a noise level equal to or exceeding 55 dBA measured at any lot line of any adjacent Residential zoned lot or any adjacent Public-Institutional zoned lot.
   (c)   For the purpose of Sections 632.03 and 632.04, a Planned Mixed Use Zoning District containing any residential land use shall not be considered a "Residential" Zoning District or a "Residential" lot.
   (d)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor for a first offense and a misdemeanor of the second degree for any subsequent offense.
