127.20 SAFETY TOWN INSTRUCTOR.

There is hereby established the position of part-time Safety Town Instructor to the Police Department. Such employee shall be appoionted by the Chief of Police to serve at his or her pleasure. The Police Chief shall determine the times during which the services of such an employee are required.
