127.19 SCHOOL CROSSING GUARDS.

There is hereby established the positions of part-time School Crossing Guards to the Police Department. Such employees shall be appoionted by the Chief of Police to serve at his or her pleasure. The Police Chief shall determine the times during which the services of such employees are required.
