127.171 PART-TIME ANIMAL SHELTER MANAGER.

There is hereby established the position of part-time Animal Shelter Manager to the Police Department. Such employee shall be appointed by the Chief of Police to serve at his or her pleasure. The Police Chief shall determine the times during which the services of such an employee is required.
