123.201 PART-TIME BUILDING INSPECTORS.

There is hereby established the positions of part-time Building Inspectors for the inspection of building construction for compliance with applicable building codes. Such employees shall be appointed by the Building Commissioner and shall serve at the Commissioner's pleasure.
