Each member of any board or commission, mandated and as permitted by the City Charter or by ordinance of the City, shall be entitled to receive a sum as provided by ordinance of Council for attendance at each regular meeting of the board or commission, not to exceed two regular meetings in any calendar month. No compensation shall be paid for a work meeting of any board or commission.
