135.13 EXCLUSION OF PERSONS LISTED ON THE NATIONAL SEX OFFENDER LIST FROM COMMUNITY CENTER.

The Recreation Department through the Recreation Director or his designee is hereby authorized to exclude from entry to and membership in the Middleburg Heights Recreation Center whether as a paying guest or a full member.
