The position of Aquatics Supervisor is hereby established. The Aquatics Supervisor shall be appointed by the Recreation Director and serve at his or her pleasure. The duties of such employee shall include scheduling of pool activities; hiring and training of lifeguards and instructors; setting up and enforcing policies; and maintaining pool equipment.
