(a) The Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to accept all fines imposed and bail forfeited by an individual convicted of violation Section 620.02 of the General Offenses Code in accordance with the provisions thereof.
(b) There is hereby established a special fund to be known as the Law Enforcement Mandatory Drug Fine Fund, and the Finance Director of the City is hereby authorized and directed to place all fines imposed and bail forfeited and received in accordance with the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code in said Fund to be used for law enforcement efforts that pertain to drug offenses.
