133.04 ASSISTANT FINANCE DIRECTOR.

There is hereby established the full-time position of Assistant Finance Director. Such employee shall be appointed by the Finance Director and shall serve at his or her pleasure. The duties of the Assistant Finance Director shall be to assist the Finance Director in the operation of the Finance Department, as determined by the Finance Director.
