133.03 INFORMATION ON SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS; FEE.

Any person, firm or corporation, other than the actual owner of property, for which information is requested for the amount of special assessments levied in the City, shall be charged a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) by the Director of Finance for furnishing such information. Such request for the aforesaid information shall be in writing.
