The duties of the Director of the Office on Aging shall consist of the dissemination of information with respect to Outreach I and II, volunteer services, transportation, recreation, discount programs, nutrition and meals, telephone reassurance, protective services, home maintenance, escort and other related services. Such Director shall implement programs to facilitate the operation of these services and shall carry out other related duties as designated by the Mayor or Council.
