129.01 ESTABLISHMENT.

There is hereby established in and for the City a Fire Division which shall consist of one full-time Fire Chief, one full-time Assistant Chief/Captain, up to three full-time Captains, up to four full-time Lieutenants and up to eighteen full-time Firefighters.
