127.01 ESTABLISHMENT; JUVENILE OFFICER; DETECTIVE; TRAFFIC BUREAU.
   (a)   There is hereby established a Division of Police within the Department of Public Safety, which Division shall be composed of one Chief of Police, one full-time Deputy Chief/Lieutenant, four full-time Lieutenants, five full-time Sergeants and up to twenty-three full-time Patrolmen. (Ord. 2003-65. Passed 9-9-03.)
   (b)   The Director of Public Safety shall designate not more than two members of the Division, other than the Chief of Police, as Juvenile Officers, the senior of whom shall be in charge of the Juvenile Bureau. (Ord. 1981-88. Passed 6-9-81.)
   (c)   The Chief of Police shall designate not more than three members of the Division, other than the Chief of Police, as Detectives, the senior in service of whom shall be in charge of the Detective Bureau.

   (d)   The Director shall designate not more than three members of the Division, other than the Chief of Police, as members of the Traffic Bureau, the senior of whom shall be in charge of the Bureau. (Ord. 1981-88. Passed 6-9-81.)
