123.19 POLICY FOR MAINTAINING SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWERS AND WATER LINES.

All sanitary sewers, storm sewers and water lines whether located in dedicated or non- dedicated assessed streets will be maintained by the city as set out in the agreement between the City of Middleburg Heights and the Cuyahoga County Board of Commissioners approved by Resolution No. 2010-37.
