123.09 CLERICAL OFFICE EMPLOYEE.

The position of full-time clerical office employee of the Department of Public Service is hereby established. Such employee shall be appointed by the Director of Public Service to serve at his pleasure. The Director shall direct and prescribe the work and duties of such employee. (Ord. 1975-120.
