123.05 APPROVAL OF ENGINEER'S WORK BY DIRECTOR.

Any engineer employed by Council shall consult and present all requests or recommendations to the Director of Public Service for his approval before proceeding with the work. (Ord. 1964-12. Passed 1-2-64.)
