(a) There is hereby established the part-time position of Government/Law Intern.
The position shall be filled by a college student in a related course of study. Such person shall be appointed by the Mayor and serve at his pleasure.
(b) The compensation shall be four dollars and twenty-five cents ($4.25) per hour, not to exceed one thousand, seven hundred dollars ($1,700) in any year.
