121.02 PART-TIME GENERAL OFFICE SECRETARIES/RECEPTIONISTS.
   The positions of part-time general office secretaries/receptionists are hereby established for the purpose of rendering secretarial and clerical services to the various departments of the City as required by such departments and as determined by the Mayor. Such employees will be appointed by the Mayor and shall serve at his pleasure.
