111.06 NOTICE OF COUNCIL MEETINGS.
   (a)   The Clerk of Council shall annually, on or about January 2 of each year, conspicuously post at the City Hall a notice of the date, time and place of the regularly scheduled meetings of Council and shall, as soon as practical after the call of a special meeting of Council, similarly post a notice of such meeting including the purpose thereof. As used in this section, the term “regularly scheduled meeting” includes all regularly scheduled caucuses of Council.
   (b)   Upon request, the Clerk of Council shall provide, without cost and once only to each such person requesting, a schedule of the date, time and place of the regularly scheduled meetings of Council.
   (c)   In the event that any person requests notification of regular meetings or special meetings or requests notification of meetings at which a specific subject is to be officially discussed, such person shall submit in writing to the Clerk of Council a request for notification specifying the type of notification requested, which notification shall be for either:   
      (1)   All meetings;
      (2)   All special meetings;
      (3)   All special meetings called at other than regular meetings; or
      (4)   All meetings at which a specific subject is to be officially discussed.
