105.04 THIRD WARD.

   The Third Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:

   Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of Bagley Road and Middlebrook Boulevard;

   Thence northerly along the centerline of Middlebrook Boulevard to the centerline of Ramona Drive;

   Thence easterly along the centerline of Ramona Drive to the centerline of Elise Drive;

   Thence northeasterly along the centerline of Elise Drive and the easterly line of Sublot No. 97 in the Brookridge Subdivision No. 2 to the northeasterly line of Sublot No. 97;

   Thence northwesterly along the northeasterly line of Sublot No. 97 to the northwesterly line of Sublot No. 75;

   Thence northeasterly along the northwesterly line of Sublot No. 75 to the centerline of Maureen Drive;

   Thence westerly along the centerline of Maureen Drive to the centerline of Middlebrook Boulevard;

   Thence northerly along the centerline of Middlebrook Boulevard to the centerline of Smith Road;

   Thence westerly and northerly along the centerline of Smith Road to the northerly corporation line of the City;

   Thence easterly along the northern corporation line to the centerline of West 130th Street, being also the easterly corporation line of the City;

   Thence southerly along the centerline of West 130th Street to the centerline of Bagley Road;

   Thence westerly and northwesterly along the centerline of Bagley Road to the centerline of Hyde Park Drive;

   Thence northeasterly along the centerline of Hyde Park Drive to the centerline of Seneca Trail;

   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Seneca Trail to the centerline of Pearl Road;

   Thence southwesterly along the centerline of Pearl Road to the center line of Bagley Road;

   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Bagley Road to the centerline of Middlebrook Boulevard, being the place of beginning.
