105.03 SECOND WARD.

   The Second Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:

   Beginning in the centerline of Bagley Road at its intersection with the centerline of Craigmere Drive;

   Thence easterly along the centerline of Bagley Road to the centerline of Pearl Road;

   Thence northeasterly along the centerline of Pearl Road to the centerline of Seneca Trail;

   Thence southeasterly along the centerline of Seneca Trail to the centerline of Hyde Park Drive;

   Thence southwesterly along the centerline of Hyde Park Drive to the centerline of Bagley Road;

   Thence southeasterly along the centerline of Bagley Road to the centerline of the Baldwin Creek;

   Thence southeasterly and southerly along the centerline of Webster Road to the intersection of the centerline of Sprague Road, which is also the southerly corporation line of the City;

   Thence westerly along the centerline of Sprague Road and the southerly corporation line of the City to the intersection of the centerline of Normandie Boulevard;

   Thence northwesterly along the centerline of Normandie Boulevard to the intersection of the centerline of Lucerne Drive;

   Thence westerly and northerly along the centerline of Lucerne Drive to the intersection of the centerline of Pearl Road;

   Thence southeasterly along the centerline of Pearl Road to the centerline of Interstate 71;

   Thence northerly along the centerline of Interstate 71 to the centerline of Fowles Road;

   Thence westerly along the centerline of Fowles Road to the centerline of Big Creek Parkway also known as Brookside Parkway;

   Thence northerly along the centerline of Big Creek Parkway to the centerline of Interstate 71;

   Thence northerly along the centerline of Interstate 71 to the centerline of Bagley Road;

   Thence easterly along the centerline of Bagley Road to the centerline of Craigmere Drive and the place of beginning.
