   The First Ward shall contain all that territory bounded and described as follows:

   Thence westerly along the centerline of Maureen Drive to the centerline of Middlebrook Boulevard;

   Thence westerly and northerly along the centerline of Smith Road to the northerly corporation line of the City;

   Thence westerly along the northerly corporation line of the City to the centerline of Eastland Road;

   Thence easterly along the centerline of Bagley Road to the centerline of Craigmere Drive and the place of beginning.
