103.02 SEAL REQUIRED ON CITY VEHICLES; EXCEPTIONS.

(a) The Director of Public Service shall cause the official seal of the City to be affixed to all motor vehicles owned by the City except those motor vehicles listed in subsection (b) hereof.

(b) Motor vehicles used by the Detective Bureau, the Juvenile Bureau and the Chief of Police shall not bear the official seal.
