123.025 ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE.

(a) There is hereby established the full-time position of Assistant Director of Public Service. Such employee shall be appointed by the Director of Public Service and shall serve at his or her pleasure. The duties of the Assistant Director of Public Service shall be to assist the Service Director in the operation of the Service Department as determined by the Service Director.

(b) Salary Grade: 35
