101.01 DESIGNATION; HOW CITED.

The provisions contained in this Administrative Code and in the following component Codes shall constitute The Codified Ordinances of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, 1961, and may be so cited.

The Codified Ordinances of Middleburg Heights, Ohio, or any of its component Codes, may be referred to and cited as "the Municipal Code," "this Code" or "component Code."
