SECTION 17.05 INTERPRETATION OF THE CHARTER.

The Article and Section headings herein are inserted for convenient reference only and are not intended to define, extend or limit the scope, or otherwise affect any provision of this Charter. Wherever in this Charter the male gender is used, it is hereby understood that it shall include the female gender.
