A business development incentive tool is hereby established to encourage the attraction, retention and expansion of businesses within the City which authorizes the Recreation Director upon the request of the Economic Development Director to provide a complimentary membership to the Middleburg Heights Community Center to certain businesses that have relocated to, or remained and expanded in Middleburg Heights.
