(a) No person shall operate a snowmobile, off-highway motorcycle, or all-purpose vehicle upon any City property except in those cases where specifically permitted along streets or highways, as provided in this chapter.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
