SECTION 8.02 QUALIFICATIONS.

The Director of Law shall have been duly admitted to the practice of law in the State of Ohio and shall have been engaged in the active full-time practice of law continuously for a period of not less than five (5) years next preceding his appointment. He need not be a resident of the City. (Amended 11-3-70)
