SECTION 7.04 DIVISION OF POLICE.

There shall be established a Detective Bureau and Juvenile Bureau within the Division of Police. The operation of these Bureaus shall be by personnel of the Division of Police. The Police Chief shall be responsible for its organization and supervision.

All appointments, with the exception of the Police Chief, shall be made by the Director of Public Safety in accordance with the Civil Service Rules and Regulations.
