SECTION 6.05 APPOINTMENT OF DIVISION HEADS.

The Director of Public Service shall appoint heads of the Divisions established in Article VI, except the Division of Engineering. Such appointee(s), with the exception of the Head of the Division of Engineering, shall serve at the pleasure of the Director of Public Service.
