1507.02 ENFORCEMENT OF CHAPTER.

It shall be the duty of the Fire Division to enforce the provisions of this chapter. The Fire Chief shall assign such officers and members of the Division as he may determine necessary, who shall be charged with the specific duty of enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
