Access streets, roadways and driveways, where required, shall be of sufficient width to permit easy passage of any Fire Division apparatus and in no case shall the width be less than 20 feet. The surface shall be of sufficient strength and type to adequately support any fire apparatus under any weather conditions. The curve radius and grade elevations shall be such as to permit any fire apparatus to negotiate curves and grades under any weather conditions, and in no case shall the curve radius be less than 25 feet.
