The Mayor shall have been for at least three (3) years prior to the date of his election, and during his term of office shall continue to be, a bona fide resident and qualified elector of this Municipality.
Any person holding the office of Mayor, whether elected or appointed to fill a vacancy, shall serve in a full-time capacity, shall hold no other full-time public office nor full-time private employment, and shall comply with all ethics laws of the State of Ohio.
