1355.13 FORMS, RULES AND REGULATIONS; APPEALS.

The Director of Building and Zoning is hereby authorized and directed to promulgate such forms, rules and regulations as are necessary for the efficient administration of this chapter. Rights of appeal from any decision of the Director shall be to the Board of Zoning Appeals. (Ord. 1985-21. Passed 4-9-85.)
