The unit owners association shall provide in its by-laws that the association or its authorized agent may enter into any condominium unit at a reasonable time, after twenty-four hours notice, to the extent necessary to correct conditions threatening other units or common areas, and for the maintenance, repair, restoration or servicing of any items, things or areas of or in the condominium property, and for immediate entry in the event of an emergency.
