1347.05 FINISHED SIDE OF FENCING TO FACE ABUTTING PROPERTY.

Whenever a fence is constructed within the City of Middleburg Heights, such fence has one side which is more finished than the other side, the more finished side shall face outside, and the less finished side shall face inside.
